Bookings:

1. Bookings for the Guest Room can be made in advance.
2. Booking for the Guest Room can be made by Affiliated Club members through their respective clubs.
3. Rooms will be confirmed on receipt of full advance and confirmatory email sent by Affiliated club
4. Booking to be made by affiliated club on behalf of affiliated member by sending an email to club mentioning the check in/out date.
5. An advance towards the room either by Cash/Online/NEFT to be paid for confirmation
6. Club membership card to be presented at this time of check in.
7. Affiliated members cannot bring guests

ROOM TARIFF PER DAY:- :

Single Room A/C Rs. 2,240/- (Including GST).

Double Room A/C Rs. 2,800/- (Including GST).

Extra Bed charges Rs. 672/- (Including GST).

Check in & Check out Time - 24 Hrs.

Please Note:

1. All Rooms are Air-Conditioner, Refrigerator, and Television Set and have an attached bath & toilet.
2. Breakfast: 08.30 am to 10.30 pm
3. Tea / Coffee Makers and mineral water sealed - 2 no’s once in a day.
4. Lunch and Dinner (rates as per menu)
5. 100% of advance payment for Room booking to be made to ensure the confirmation of booking.
6. Rooms will be confirmed on receipt of advance payment & confirmatory email sent by the club
7. Tentative Booking is marked canceled if No Advance Payment is confirmed within 24 hrs.

Cancellation Policy

1. If cancelled 5 days prior to the date of the occupancy - 25% will be deducted.
2. If cancelled 4 days prior to the date of the occupancy - 50% will be deducted
3. If cancelled 3 days prior to the date of the occupancy - 70% will be deducted.
4. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to the date of the occupancy - 80% will be deducted.
5. If cancelled on the same day– No refund. (100% will be deducted)
